Machinist

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and run manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining equipment to produce precision parts to print.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate part production.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and perform in?process adjustments as needed.
• Tooling & Maintenance: Select, install, and maintain tooling, fixtures, and cutting tools; maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventive care.
• Documentation: Record production data, material usage, and inspection results; report deviations or quality concerns promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to support build schedules and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
