Your Role at a Glance

• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to keep industrial equipment in peak condition.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify effective solutions, and verify results.
• Inspect machinery regularly to confirm optimal performance and reliability.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to drive efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate service records, from diagnostics through repair completion.
• Support the setup, installation, and integration of new equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a tidy, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial machinery maintenance or a similar function.
• Mechanical aptitude backed by strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components/systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed.
