What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Load materials and remove finished parts
- Use hand tools and measuring tools during production
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep machines running efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Follow and complete daily work assignments as directed by Setup Associates and Floor Supervisor
- Perform technical work to ensure that equipment and machinery relating to quality/testing activities are maintained at best working conditions with minimum down time
- Perform a variety of machine setups and operations and demonstrate the ability to learn and run multiple machines
- Result data and test findings
- Provide training and assistance to new employees
- Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes
- Perform preventative maintenance and total repairs as required using established quality and safety objectives
- Reading and interpreting routing sheets, set up of machinery, accomplishing moderately complex cutting, grinding and/or polishing jobs, and other similar duties
- Perform in process and online 'go/no go' inspections of various types of electronics, subassemblies, peripherals or a larger assembly, identifying defects
- Perform complex tasks from work instructions
- Assure are used in accordance with instructions and specifications
- Assisting with packaging of finished products, Forklift Operation
- Gather and report the following data: WIP (files and models), raw materials inventory
- Identify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machinery and utilize follow-up procedures of reporting
- Work on 12 hour night shifts (7 shifts during a 14 calendar day period)
- Attend meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for conveying gathering information required to perform job functions
- Perform color changes and material lots as required, and complete traceability documentation
- Develop an understanding of machine/product capacity and scheduling
- Set up machines with required materials
