Machine Operator - $21/hr. - $1,470 Weekly!
Skilled, hard working and love to be in a hands-on role running industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this job is for you.
Job Roles:
- Operate and monitor production machines safely
- Start, run, stop, and adjust equipment to meet specs
- Perform changeovers, setups, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor quality, production rates, and material usage
- Assist with equipment clean-down, tear-down, and reassembly
- Keep work area clean, safe, and production-ready
- Lead and support a small group of line workers as needed
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished product
Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years in manufacturing or machine operation
- Comfortable learning powered/industrial equipment
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Stand 12 hour shifts
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Bend, reach, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive tasks
- Work in hot/cold environments
- Wear PPE for full shifts
