PAY RATE: $19.25/hour
SHIFT: 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm
WORKSITE: Londonderry, NH (100% onsite only)
DURATION: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: In-person onsite interview

1. **Position Overview**: The role is entry-level, involving tasks like filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness. Basic computer skills are required for training purposes.
2. **Candidate Requirements**:
- At least 1 year manufacturing experience MANDATORY
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term.
- Prefers candidates with manufacturing experience but is open to hiring recent high school graduates.
- Avoids candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hoppers).
- Experience in similar bottling operations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) is beneficial.
- The position is temp-to-hire, with a 90-day contract before potential full-time employment.

Required education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
- Support material handling as necessary
- Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers
- Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above
- Accept full accountability for product quality
- Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation
- Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- He and or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of supervisor
