Machine Operator 2 Compensation

• $20.00 per hour

Machine Operator 2 Highlights

• D Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 12-hour rotating shifts
• On-site position in Columbus, NE
• Candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Machine Operator 2 Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
• Operate equipment and assist with utility and production operations
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions under general supervision
• Support team goals and production targets in a collaborative environment
• Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and coworkers
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Machine Operator 2 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions in English
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours if needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with quality standards such as GMP or ISO processes

• Operate woodworking equipment to meet quality and production standards
• Ensure all production are processed
• Insure safety, quality, and production
• Filling out daily production reports
• Inspect merchandise pre-production to ensure product quality
