Machine Operator

The Machine Operator sets up and operates converting equipment (Beck, Clark Aiken power cutter, industrial laminator) to produce materials within quality standards and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate assigned equipment; assist with other machines as needed.

• Select, verify, and load materials per order requirements; report discrepancies.

• Transfer, package, and label finished materials; maintain work area cleanliness.

• Monitor supplies and equipment; complete inventory and production records.

• Meet production standards and report any issues or improvements to the supervisor.

• Follow all company rules, quality standards, and internal documentation procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
