Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable and motivated Equipment Owners / Machine Operators at multiple levels (I, II, III) to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These roles are responsible for operating equipment, maintaining production standards, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned production lines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient output
Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs
Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Maintain production documentation and reports
Support line setup, changeovers, and shutdown processes
Ensure materials and supplies are available for production runs
Monitor production metrics such as efficiency, downtime, and yield
Maintain a clean and organized work environment (6S standards)
Level III (Production Line Leader) Additional Responsibilities:
Lead and support production line operations and team members
Coordinate line activities and ensure schedule attainment
Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
Train and coach operators and production staff
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience (depending on level)
Experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems preferred)
Understanding of safety standards, GMP, or regulated environments is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing setting
PPE & Dress Code (Strict Compliance Required)
Hair nets and beard covers (if applicable) required
Company-provided production coats and boots must be worn
No jewelry, piercings, or long nails permitted
Must follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Additional Information
Safety and attendance are critical to success in this role
Candidates must be dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented
Prior experience working with production lines or automated equipment in food production is highly preferred
