Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour
Duties:
- Observes all safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment.
- Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices including maintaining an orderly and clean work area.
- Must be able to set up, change over, adjust, repair, and operate all machinery/ equipment, on all shifts.
- Ensure all equipment is in operating condition and ready for on time startup.
- Must have the knowledge and experience to make necessary adjustments to keep products flowing consistently.
- Performs process control and quality checks.
- Operates date coders and verifies code dates on cases.
- Observes all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintains work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to General Manufacturing Practices and Safety Guidelines.
- Cleans all equipment using current sanitation practices.
- Assists Quality Assurance in obtaining samples of products and other miscellaneous duties.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in production and food manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience working and troubleshooting machines/equipment.
- Leadership experience, ability to work 12-14 hours per day, 3-4 times and possibility to work weekends.
- Basic communication in English.
- Able to handle repetitious tasks and to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work under temperatures from -30 to 176F, where applicable.
- Able to stand for a duration of up to 12-14 hours.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
