Machine Operator II

Operate and maintain CNC machines and manufacturing equipment to produce precision components

Set up machinery according to specifications and ensure proper operation during production

Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) to verify product dimensions

Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality standards

Produce high-quality components that meet customer and product specifications

Collaborate with team members on assembly line and production tasks to support workflow

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Apply experience with CNC machinery, including logic controllers (HAAS experience a plus)

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills
