We are seeking Production Machine Operators to join our high-performing team in Henderson, NC. In this role, you'll operate and change over machinery, ensure product quality, support continuous improvement, and help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.
Pay Rate:$20-$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday rotating schedule
- Week 1: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Week 2: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
8 hours of overtime per week

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour
Duties:
- Operate production equipment and perform line changeovers
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform quality checks (date codes, metal checks, CCP/OPRP, etc.)
- Load materials, clear jams, reset faults, maintain GMP standards
- Use basic computer systems
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating packaging or processing machines (preferred)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn, grow, and support teammates
- Experience in high-speed production is a plus
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
