TempExperts is partnering with a growing, well?established company in Haines City to hire a motivated Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing or heavy machine experience looking to grow with a reliable, team-focused employer.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating equipment, assisting the production team, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role involves a variety of tasksfrom machine operation to warehouse support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following all training and safety guidelines.
- Perform repetitive or sequential tasks to support ongoing production needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery, floors, conveyors, and surrounding workspace.
- Assist with general maintenance, yard work, utilities, material handling, and production tasks.
- Load and unload trucks and verify outgoing loads.
- Maintain and verify product inventory.
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or defective equipment to a supervisor.
- Support machine operators and production teams as needed.
Equipment You May Operate:
(Training provided; internal certification required where applicable)
- Hoppers
- Bagging and sealing machines
- Palletizers
- Hydraulic equipment
- Yard equipment
- Variety of hand tools
- Forklifts, tractors, and other powered industrial vehicles.
