Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator (Lathe/Milling)
Direct Hire | 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) or 2nd Shift (11am-7pm) | $20-$27/hr.
Location: Naples, FL

Machines You'll Work With:
DMG MORI NLX 2000, MORI SEIKI SL 203, OKUMA LB3000 EX, MORI SEIKI MV 40E, HITACHI SEIKI VS50, Nakamura Tome, Bridgeport (No Swiss/Citizen machines)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes/mills using blueprints and route sheets

• Perform precision machining operations (cutting, drilling, reaming) to tight tolerances

• Conduct part inspections using micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators

• Maintain equipment and implement SPC/lean manufacturing processes

• Deburr and finish machined components to specifications

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years CNC machining experience

• Familiarity with listed machine brands or equivalents

• GD&T proficiency (will be tested)

• Ability to machine raw castings

• Blueprint reading and shop math skills

• Lean manufacturing awareness

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 35 lbs

• Stand for extended periods

• Manual dexterity for precision work
