- Training will be M-F from 7a-3p for 4-6 weeks (training schedule is flexible). Upon completion of training, you will work 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule:
- Week 1: work M/T, off W/Th, work F/Sa/Su
- Week 2: off M/T, work W/Th, off F/Sa/Su
- $22.70 - $27.23/hr.
- Complete routine production activities to keep production flowing
- Report changes in the process and/or issues with the system
- Complete cleanouts following appropriate procedures
- Ensure materials, systems, and tooling are ready for the next run before the active run is completed
- Cooperate with other associates to accomplish daily housekeeping tasks
- Complete quality testing and make corrections as needed
- Recognize and communicate safety hazards to ensure a safe work environment
- Update systems as needed throughout the production process
- Can perform basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer functions.
- Able to communicate and cooperate with other associates.
- Can lift loads up to 50 pounds and physically traverse throughout the multi-level facility.
- Possesses sufficient motor skills to safely operate and utilize a forklift.
- A results-driven individual who has demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
