SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a client in Bartlett, IL.  The Machine Operator is responsible for starting up and maintaining the operation of specific production machines and to ensure that the goals of the department are met.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.85-$18.35/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:
-2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm M-F
-3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am M-F

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
-Prepare machine for production
-Safely and effectively operates equipment to produce quality product
-Reads job specifications and previous run data (if available) to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Ensures job is in order prior to machine set-up.
-Performs required quality testing on products produced.
-Observes machine operation to detect piece defects or machine malfunction. Makes corrections to alleviate out of specification product.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
-Comfortable working in cold environment
-Previous machine operator experience
-Willing to work in food quality environment
-Looking for a long term position-Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
