Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (4-Day Workweek!)
Manitowoc, WI | Mon–Thurs | 3:00pm–1:00am | On-site

If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit.
Pay & Growth
- $19/hr to start during training
- $20/hr once training is complete and you move to 2nd shift (includes shift premium)
- Additional pay increases available based on performance and skill development
Schedule
- 2nd shift: 3:00pm–1:00am
- Monday–Thursday (4 x 10s) = 3-day weekends every week
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC/production equipment following work instructions
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures
- Complete required production/quality documentation
- Report issues and help keep production moving
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required (paid training provided)
- Strong attendance and reliability (this is a long-term opportunity)
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
