Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Location: Bogart
Shift: 7 AM – Until Finished, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in construction, maintenance, or manufacturing settings. The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for a range of tasks that require specialized skills and hands-on expertise. This role demands the operation of various tools and machinery while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute work accurately and efficiently.
• Perform skilled tasks in areas such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or masonry based on expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Inspect work and materials for quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced laborers when necessary.
• Assist in managing inventory for tools and equipment, ensuring that supplies are readily available for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a skilled trade is preferred.
• Proven experience in a skilled labor role or a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to the trade.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks consistently.
