Machine Operator - 1st Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, change overs, etc.)
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Inspect with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machine periodically
• Correct issues that might occur during the shift
• Maintain activity log
• Ensure machine is working at full capacity and producing quality product
• May be placed into job rotation
• Complete standard work and quality checks
• Visual check on quality
• Complete process control sheet
• Complete 5s Checklist
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work individually or with team members as assigned

• Always observe safety policies and procedures, including use of required PPE
• Work individually or with team members as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized and positive work environment
• Work mandatory overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
