What You’ll Do:
- Lead the build: Organize, plan, and execute the entire machine construction process.
- Hands-on assembly: Use mechanical drawings and verbal instructions to bring machines to life.
- Make it better: Suggest improvements that boost quality and efficiency.
- Keep it sharp: Work to ISO quality standards and best practices.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or trade school certification.
- 1–2 years of experience in machine assembly or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude — you know your way around tools and machines.
- A team player mindset with solid communication skills.
- Experience with tools like calipers, drills, lathes, and grinders.
Tools You’ll Use:
- Inspection tools (e.g., calipers, verniers, scales)
- Common hand tools (e.g., wrenches, pliers, drills)
- Machinery (e.g., milling machines, lathes, surface grinders)
