Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a M365 Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams, along with Copilot and Power Platform. This role will involve providing technical guidance, strong, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Serve as the technical lead, overseeing project development, ensuring adherence to best practices, and addressing technical challenges
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment
  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track
  • Assist developers and team members with any questions or problems they encounter
  • Identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 technologies and trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance solution capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business value

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
  • Strong understanding of M365 architecture, governance, and best practices
  • Proficiency in .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in M365 or Power Platform technologies
  • Experience with Azure and other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and SQL
  • Experience with low-code development methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
