Title: M&A IT Integration Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL/Remote

Salary Range: $43/hr

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert. This role involves supporting the technical integration of acquired entities into our enterprise environment, ensuring seamless transitions and robust IT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Experience with the M&A Lifecycle specifically within IT integration
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Background in systems management/administration with desktop operating systems including VDI, Windows servers, Citrix, cloud technologies, and virtual application hosting
• 5+ years of experience in Data Center Discovery and Migration
• Working knowledge and experience with Office 365, networking fundamentals, data migrations, Oracle, DUO, Power BI
• Understanding of technology security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience with troubleshooting laptops and end-user technology

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization initiatives, cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, and data center migrations
• Some programming skills or knowledge of custom software development and its impact on infrastructure environments
• Certifications or an understanding of ITIL Best Practices, PMP, MCSA, MCSE, and IS audit concepts and procedures

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support all reporting functions and program management requirements for project leadership within integration projects
• Gather and interpret information from multiple sources to create effective IT integration solutions
• Diagram IT integration roadmaps and timelines
• Define and provide effective technology solutions for successful IT integration
• Identify IT business processes that can be improved within the integration scope
• Maintain documented procedures and process documents for assigned areas
• Communicate project status effectively to leadership and peers
• Collaborate with colleagues in corporate IT and business functional areas to maintain alignment and satisfaction with IT integration initiatives
