Own the end-to-end ultra-luxury travel program lifecycle, from opportunity sizing and concept development through launch, optimization, and expansion.
Define portfolio strategy and manage a prioritized product roadmap that supports AAA/Club growth, member engagement, and brand differentiation.
Build and manage high-impact partnerships (tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, DMCs, consortia, and luxury service providers) to secure preferred access, unique amenities, and compelling commercial terms.
Lead vendor and partner negotiations; represent the Club in key business discussions to maximize value, service quality, and member outcomes.
Oversee profitability, productivity, and performance targets across product lines; monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven actions to improve conversion, margin, and retention.
Conduct in-depth market and competitive research and synthesize Travel Advisor feedback to refine offerings, improve sales enablement, and elevate service delivery.
Drive go-to-market execution in partnership with marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring strong performance across digital, print, and in-branch channels.
About the Role
If you’re a visionary leader passionate about shaping extraordinary travel experiences, this is your moment to take the helm. Be the connector—build strong relationships with travel vendors and business partners to maximize value, service quality, and member satisfaction.
Own the numbers — monitor KPIs and business results, making data-driven adjustments to ensure profitability and growth.
Inspire collaboration—partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to bring big ideas to life.
