Established luxury retailer looking for a seasoned Retail Store Manager to lead our sales team in the following ways:

• Foster a high-performing, luxury-focused sales environment.

• Execute strategies to achieve all sales targets and client retention targets.

• Recruit top talent while building a strong pipeline and succession plan for future growth.

• Leverage individual strengths to optimize scheduling and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years serving as a store manager within a luxury or specialty brand environment.
