Now Hiring: LTD Claims Specialist (Part-Time | Remote)
Join our team for a 12+ month remote contract as an LTD Claims Specialist.
Schedule: 20 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM, no evenings/weekends)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and review moderately complex LTD claims
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and stakeholders
- Analyze medical, financial, and occupational data
- Make accurate, timely claim decisions
- Document case details and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of LTD/IDI claims experience
- Strong analytical & decision-making skills
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
