Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Dental Assistant to work at a facility in Rochester , NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $28 / hour
Shift Details:
- Monday-Friday 8:00AM -4:30PM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of NY
- Computer skills needed
- Knowledge of sterilization
- Must be able to take X-Rays
- Dental Assistant Certificate required
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of dental staff
- Assist Dentist
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
