Our Treatment Nurses LVN/LPNs support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
Shift Information:
- Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Pay rate: $33.95 - 40.50 per hour, depending on experience
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- Previous Wound Care and Infection Prevention Experience a plus
