Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:
+ Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
+ Medication Administration, including IVs.
+ Taking and recording vital signs.
+ Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
+ Provide resident and family education.
+ Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
+ Supervising CNAs
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current License-LPN
Salary: Up to $43 an hour
