Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Loss Prevention Officer to join our security team in Hilliard, OH. The Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for protecting company assets, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. This position requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and prior loss prevention or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other losses

• Observe customers and employees using floor patrols and surveillance systems

• Respond to suspicious activity in a professional and lawful manner

• Prepare detailed incident and theft reports as required

• Work closely with store management and local law enforcement when necessary

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

  
  

Requirements

• Previous loss prevention (2 Years) required

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance

• Must comply with all state and local laws related to loss prevention

Schedule & Pay

• Daytime shifts available

• 20–40 hours per week
