• H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED), (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).
• 2–4 years of logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations experience.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, freight carriers, and customs documentation.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of TagoreTech finished devices. Coordinate customer shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, HS codes, export declarations).
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Support cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify operations of replenishment needs.
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to ensure proper handling of sensitive electronic components (ESD, moisture control, etc.).
• Communicate with domestic and international suppliers, foundries, OSAT partners, and logistics carriers.
• Ensure adherence to export control regulations (EAR, ITAR when applicable).
• Maintain accurate records for audits and quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Support RMA processing and documentation.
• Manage orders and inventory of TagoreTech laboratory components and supplies.
