Sigmatech is seeking Logistics Analysts (Intermediate and Senior) to support U.S. Army logistics and sustainment operations in Huntsville, Alabama. These positions provide lifecycle logistics and property accountability support for Army programs and require strong experience with Department of Defense logistics systems, particularly DPAS and ELMS, as well as other Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS).
The selected candidates will support logistics planning, supply accountability, and sustainment operations while ensuring compliance with Army logistics policies and asset management requirements.

ELMS (Enterprise Logistics Management System)

Position Responsibilities
Logistics Analyst Intermediate
The Intermediate Logistics Analyst will serve as a multi-functional logistician supporting Army supply accountability, lifecycle logistics, and property management operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Execute daily logistics and property accountability transactions within DPAS and ELMS to support Army equipment accountability and asset visibility
Support Accountable Officers and Property Book Officers by generating reports, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate asset records
Perform system-of-record transactions in DPAS, ELMS, GCSS-Army, and LMP in support of logistics and sustainment operations
Extract logistics data from STAMIS systems and develop dashboards and reports to support operational decision making
Conduct trend analysis on logistics data including material usage, inventory levels, and asset utilization
Assist in enforcing Army supply policies and procedures through effective logistics planning and coordination
Support logistics operations involving Total Package Fielding, Major End Item management, and Secondary End Item accountability
Compile and record production and logistics data related to inventory management, material consumption, and operational performance
Support logistics operations across multiple Army programs and provide cross-functional logistics support as required
Logistics Analyst Senior
The Senior Logistics Analyst will serve as the lead logistics subject matter expert for DPAS and ELMS operations and provide leadership for contract logistics support activities.
Primary responsibilities include:
Serve as the lead logistician for the contract team and primary liaison to the Government Program Lead
Provide technical oversight for DPAS and ELMS property accountability operations, ensuring accurate asset tracking and compliance with Army accountability regulations
Supervise logistics personnel and coordinate contract logistics operations
Ensure all logistics and property accountability actions are executed accurately and within required timelines
Develop and improve processes for inventory management, asset accountability, and logistics workflow optimization
Ensure compliance with Army logistics regulations including AR 710-2, AR 710-3, AR 735-5, AR 740-26, AR 725-50, and AR 190-13
Support the Accountable Officer in preparing quarterly logistics briefings and asset accountability reports
Maintain 100% accountability and in-transit visibility of government property across supported programs
Ensure government equipment and facilities are properly maintained and used in accordance with Army policies
Integrate logistics analytics and process improvement methods to increase operational efficiency and mission readiness

Required Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
Logistics Analyst Intermediate
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
4 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst
OR
5 years of logistics analyst experience without a degree
Active Secret security clearance
Demonstrated experience with DPAS and ELMS property accountability systems
Logistics Analyst Senior
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
6 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst
OR
7 years of logistics analyst experience without a degree
Active Secret security clearance
Advanced experience with DPAS, ELMS, and Army logistics accountability processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S. Army logistics or sustainment contracts
Experience supporting Accountable Officers, Property Book Officers, or supply chain operations
Experience working within Army STAMIS environments
Familiarity with Army aviation or tactical equipment sustainment programs
