Job Title: Logistics Analyst
Location: Minnetonka, MN (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 04/05/2027
Work Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM

Description :
Non-Exempt Years Experience: 1-5 yrs
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, production & Operations Management, or Business, industrial engineering preferred

Duties
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize process flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Apply Kanban system to improve design of warehouse and operations, drive operational efficiency, reducing likelihood of stock out line downs
• QS WI improvements for EP Material Handling documentation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Investigation and problem solving for SAP inventory discrepancies.
• Identifying and analyzing continuous improvement projects which can improve operational efficiency
• Conduct time studies, create standard work documentation for predictable, repeatable outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Build and execute logistics and supply chain models
• Maintain databases of logistics information
• Arrange freight with internal logistics division and external carriers
• Managing 3rd party logistics/transportation providers
• Tracking for the logistics function
• Approve and manage expenses for the transportation logistics department
• Arranging the logistics for the export shipments
• Design an ideal logistics customer profile
• Work with logistics leadership to develop global freight budgets
• Collect and maintain logistics data associated with logistics spend and metrics from all global regions
• Reporting within the logistics and distribution networks
