Are you a skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist seeking a flexible locum opportunity? Our esteemed healthcare facility in Lansing, MI, is currently looking for a committed professional to provide exceptional hospital-based IR services. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to patient care in a Level I trauma setting, supporting a collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

In this vital position, you will perform a variety of interventional procedures—including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsies, thrombolysis, and uterine fibroid embolization—primarily serving adult patients with complex needs. The schedule features a day-shift pattern with Q3 call coverage, approximately every third weekday and weekend, offering a balanced work-life dynamic. Flexibility is available for providers willing to undertake shifts of 3 or more weeks per month, including additional travel if needed.

The ideal candidate is a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist with a minimum of 90 days credentialing time, capable of managing an average of 8 cases per day in a fast-paced hospital setting. Strong procedural skills, adaptability to a multidisciplinary environment, and excellent communication are essential.

Preferred skills include experience with ortho, gyn, and urology cases, along with familiarity with hospital EMR systems. Candidates should hold valid state licensure and active credentials for hospital practice. Additional travel, lodging accommodations, and mileage reimbursement are provided, with potential for standard locum benefits based on negotiated terms.
