Requirements Genesis Medical Center Silvis is looking for an OB/GYN to fill their need!Schedule:Patient Contact Hours: 24 hour in-house hospital coverage The locum is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretchesShifts per month: 6-8 shifts per monthShift length: 24 hours in-houseProcedure/OR days: As Needed Details:Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes labor and delivery floor at the Silvis CampusTelehealth: NoServices offered in the practice: Vaginal deliveries C-sections circumcisionsNumber of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A Hospital-based coverage onlyLab amp Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-15 triages a day plus deliveriesAll OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.Patient Demographics: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patientsEMR: CernerJob Responsibilities:Provide 24-hour in house call coverage on the labor amp delivery floor including management of obstetric patients deliveries emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations.Bill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice must be included in the ratesOrientationHourly 310 rate capHoliday HourlyConversion fee 25k rate capTravel Reimbursements:Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weatherMileage - IRS Standard Rate*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.*
