A successful OB hospitalist program should be a collaboration among your hospital's staff and affiliated obstetricians, family practice physicians and sub-specialists. Our experienced, board-eligible or board-certified OB Hospitalists provide OB triage, admissions inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients. This cost-effective, cohesive approach improves clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Athens, Ohio is located in the Eastern part of the state, flanking Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh is just over the state line) and Northern West Virgina.
• Less than 2 hours East of Columbus, Ohio and 2 hours South of Cleveland, Ohio

Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

• Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate.
• (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
• Holidays 1.25x
• Conversion rates $25K (MD/DO); max conversion fee to be billed, but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown)

• Tier 1 (best) below or at $240/hour
• Tier 2 - $241-250/hour
• Tier 3 - $251-260/hour
• $261+ will not be accepted

ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

• Board Certified in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
• OH license [PREFERRED] (or in process) or active IMLC compact eligible
• Must have a minimum of 1-year recent clinical experience [REQUIRED]
• Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED]
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
• Rates must follow rate structure [REQUIRED]
• Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) [REQUIRED]
