Join Our Team as a Locum Physician – Hospitalist (OB) in Athens, OH

As a key member of a support-driven team, you will provide critical obstetric care, including triage, inpatient management, and deliveries for hospitalized patients. Required Skills:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
- Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and emergency management
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently during 24-hour shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in hospitalist or OB/GYN emergency settings
- Knowledge of Ohio healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
- Experience with real-time communication tools and electronic health records
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with current board certification in OB/GYN
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, ideally in a hospital setting
- Previous locum or temporary physician assignments are a plus
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts, including holidays
- Successful completion of hospital orientation
- Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements
