Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Kentucky
• Board certification or equivalent in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related fields
• Experience performing medical assessments, interviews, and physical evaluations
• Knowledge of compensation and pension exam procedures highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to protocol guidelines

• Prior experience with Veterans Affairs or government healthcare assessments
• Familiarity with mobility and range of motion testing
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-residency
• Prior experience in disability evaluations, compensation, or pension exams is advantageous

• Own office location in Kentucky within a 50-mile radius of Paducah for designated days
• Ability to perform 4-hour (half-day) or 8-hour (full-day) shifts as needed
• No licensing, certification, or travel reimbursements paid prior to employment
• Willingness to undergo quick credentialing and onboarding process
• Local candidates only; travel is included in the rate
