Required Skills:

  • MD or DO license valid in Arizona
  • Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related fields
  • Experience with general medicine, physical assessments, or veteran health evaluations
  • Ability to perform interview-based assessments and basic physical testing (range of motion, muscle strength)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with Compensation & Pension evaluations or veterans' healthcare
  • Familiarity with government healthcare protocols
  • Proficiency in completing detailed reports and documentation
  • Certification in relevant medical assessments or related certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in general medicine or related specialties
  • Prior experience working with veteran populations or government healthcare programs is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • Must reside within specified radius from assignment locations or have own office setup where applicable
  • Willingness to work on a PRN basis, with flexible 4-hour half-day or 8-hour full-day shifts
  • Capable of traveling to multiple locations within specified radii
  • Successful credentialing and onboarding process
  • Completion of required training and exams to perform assessments
  • No prescribing or treatment involved; purely evaluative work
  • Compensation includes travel and certification reimbursements where applicable

Hourly Pay Rate: $624.00
