Required Skills:
- MD or DO license valid in Arizona
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related fields
- Experience with general medicine, physical assessments, or veteran health evaluations
- Ability to perform interview-based assessments and basic physical testing (range of motion, muscle strength)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Compensation & Pension evaluations or veterans' healthcare
- Familiarity with government healthcare protocols
- Proficiency in completing detailed reports and documentation
- Certification in relevant medical assessments or related certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in general medicine or related specialties
- Prior experience working with veteran populations or government healthcare programs is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must reside within specified radius from assignment locations or have own office setup where applicable
- Willingness to work on a PRN basis, with flexible 4-hour half-day or 8-hour full-day shifts
- Capable of traveling to multiple locations within specified radii
- Successful credentialing and onboarding process
- Completion of required training and exams to perform assessments
- No prescribing or treatment involved; purely evaluative work
- Compensation includes travel and certification reimbursements where applicable

Hourly Pay Rate: $624.00
