This vital role involves delivering episodic care and injury treatment across diverse patient demographics, including adolescents, children, adults, and geriatrics. Required Skills:

• Current Physician Assistant license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Proven experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health
• Ability to perform episodic patient assessment and injury treatment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Anthem
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
• Capable of working independently with physician oversight available via phone

• Experience with Occupational Health documentation
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations

• NCCPA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience
• Familiarity with OSHA and OSHA-related safety protocols in urgent care settings

• Participation in ongoing assignments starting from March 19, 2026
• Will work autonomously with physician supervision via phone
• Local providers only, mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
• Ability to handle episodic care for patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics
