As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations—including adolescents, children, adults, and geriatrics—working autonomously within an established practice setting. You will have the support of a dedicated supervising physician available via phone, ensuring seamless patient management and professional guidance. Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
- Prior experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health
- Proficiency in episodic care and injury treatment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Anthem EMR system
- Knowledge of occupational health protocols
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
- Minimum 2 years of urgent care or occupational health experience
- Certification as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work ongoing as needed, starting from March 19, 2026
- Willingness to travel within the local area (mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate for local providers)
- Current immunizations and compliance with all state and federal health regulations
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $100.50, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
