Job Title: Locum Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care Lynchburg, VA

Required Skills:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
- Prior experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health settings
- Ability to work autonomously with supervision available via phone
- Proficiency in episodic care and injury treatment
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Anthem preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Experience with complex injury management or trauma cases
- Certification in ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Health environments
Other Requirements:
- Valid healthcare provider CPR certification
- Willingness to travel within local area for mileage reimbursement (local providers only)
- Background check and credentialing as per facility policies
