The Opportunity

Leap Kids Dental in Pine Bluff is seeking a Pediatric Dentist - or a General Dentist passionate about treating children - to join a well-supported pediatric practice on a part-time basis. This role offers full-scope pediatric dentistry, a collaborative team, and access to strong specialty leadership.

Practice Details

• Schedule: Part-time (average less than 30 hours per week)

• Patient Population: Pediatric patients

• Setting: Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient

• Clinic Team:
  • 1 Practice Manager
  • 2 Front Desk staff
  • 4 - 5 Dental Assistants

Scope of Practice

• Full-scope pediatric dentistry

• Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care

• Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)

• Shared referrals with Westrock Orthodontics (Pine Bluff location)

• Peer support available

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care

• Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow

• Maintain strong standards for patient care and documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program

• Pediatric Dentist preferred

• General Dentists considered if passionate about pediatric care

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Sedation experience a plus
