We are currently looking for a dedicated Locum CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia care at a busy Endoscopy Center in Lansing, MI. Required Skills:
- Current and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Proven experience in Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) and endoscopy procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and quality care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a dedicated endoscopy setting
- Familiarity with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Comfort managing 10-16 cases per day
- Ability to document cases efficiently and accurately
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience, particularly in outpatient or endoscopy environments
- Certification from an accredited CRNA program
- Knowledge of the EPIC EMR system
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing anticipated within 60-120 days
- Ability to travel within the Lansing area; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
- Orientation period equivalent to half the hourly pay rate
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $187.60, with weekly pay via direct deposit. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, a robust referral bonus program, and travel reimbursements when applicable. The schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a predictable and supportive work environment.
