Location: Douglas, AZ
Shift Options: Day Shift OR Night Shift – Your Choice!
Contract Length: Flexible opportunities available (PRN to long-term)
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established hospital and nursing policies.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients in the Med/Surg unit.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care.
Provide patient and family education and support.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact license).
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred.
BLS certification (required).
ACLS certification Required
Pals Preferred
