Join Our Team as the Local CDL B Driver – Kaiser, Missouri
Are you looking for a place where you're respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow? Look no further. We are hiring a Local CDL B Driver in Kaiser, Missouri for a full-time role with day shifts and competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
What You'll Do
- Drive a CDL B 22’-24’ flatbed truck with a conveyor belt
- Deliver bundles of shingles to job sites within a 50-mile radius
- Unload and load shingles using forklift or by hand
- Lift up to 90 lbs. regularly
- Assist in warehouse duties when not driving, including pulling customer orders and warehouse upkeep
- Work with automatic transmission trucks and conveyor systems
- Complete 3-10 stops per day
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Rarely work half a day on Saturdays
- Overtime as needed, typically 2-5 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience with a valid CDL B license
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus but will be trained
- Clean background, no recent felonies in last 10 years
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and a current DOT medical card
- Ability to lift for extended periods and work physically demanding tasks
- No recent major violations or accidents, meeting MVR/PSP requirements
