Local CDL A Yard and Shuttle Driver - $25.50 Per Hour - Weekdays

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Mountain Top, PA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday , 10PM to 6AM

• Pay:  $27.75 Per Hour  

• Route Type: Mostly yard jockey work, but will need to leave the yard at times for local shuttle runs.

• Freight / Load Type: Shuttling trailers

• Equipment: Day Cab & Yard Truck

• Handling: Yard jockey/ Shuttle runs

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
