We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Processor Administrator to join our team in the document team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about the financial industry, has a strong legal real estate background, and is adept at handling complex loan processing tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring loan processes, handling commercial subordination, and setting up loan requests. This role will involve working closely with various teams and departments, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the loan process from initiation to closure, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize LaserPro and Abrigo software in the processing and closing of loans.
  • Process commercial subordination and credit renewals, ensuring all necessary steps are taken and documents are correctly filed.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all real estate transactions are conducted in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Handle pending closing documents, ensuring all necessary information is included and documents are correctly filed.
  • Set up loan requests, ensuring all necessary steps are taken and documents are correctly filed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any issues or queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure all loan processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
  • A strong legal real estate background is essential.
  • Previous experience with LaserPro and Abrigo software is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in loan closing, commercial subordination, and credit renewals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
