Central Kentucky Ag Credit might be the place for you. We are looking for amazing people with a passion for assisting
others as candidates for a Loan Officer Trainee in our Danville Branch Office. This role performs a wide range of loan
processing, client support, and administrative activities to assist in evaluating and preparing loan applications.

This is a regular, full-time non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime pay on hours worked over 40 during a work week based on the business needs and your availability.

As a Loan Officer Trainee, you'll play an essential role in supporting branch operations and helping our members succeed. You'll work closely with your branch to provide exceptional service, accurate loan processing, and dependable support-all while representing Ag Credit's trusted local presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New and Renewal Loan Applications
    • Assists credit personnel in gathering complete, accurate and financial data on new and renewal loan applicants.
  • Verification of Credit and Financial Data
    • Verifies credit and financial data; conducts appropriate credit and reference checks on prospective borrowers.
  • Loan Servicing
    • Assists in loan servicing as assigned.
  • Business Development and Marketing
    • Participates actively in business development and marketing programs.
  • Marginal Functions
    • Assists in member, community, and public relations activities as assigned.

  • What You Bring:
    • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or Finance.
    • Strong analysis, judgment, and communication (oral and written) skills.
    • Ability to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions which serve the best interest of the borrower and the Association.
    • Problem solving skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere.
