Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a growing mortgage company to hire multiple Loan Officers.  As the Loan Officer you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, navigating a diverse portfolio of DSCR, Fix-and-Flip, and consumer-purpose products to deliver tailored financing solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a Loan Officer role and is an energetic go-getter! Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and convert inbound leads for investor and consumer mortgage products, maintaining high speed-to-lead and consistently meeting monthly production goals.
  • Diagnose unique investor needs to structure optimal loan scenarios (DSCR, RTL, etc.), guiding borrowers toward the best financial products for their portfolios.
  • Qualify borrowers and collect comprehensive documentation to submit "clean" files, ensuring a professional and seamless transition from application to operations.
  • Partner closely with processing, underwriting, and external vendors to expedite funding while ensuring total compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator
  • Proven track record converting inbound leads and originating mortgage loans
  • Experience with Non-QM or DSCR loans
  • Proficiency working with CRM, LOS and pricing engines
  • Experience working in a fast paced, metric environment
