Loan Officer Assistant

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable speaking with clients and following up on documentation
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus
- Phone Sales/Dialer Experience is a plus. not required
- Assist Loan Officers with managing active loan files
- Collect and review required borrower documentation
- Follow up with clients for outstanding conditions and paperwork
- Generate business via dialer system
- Communicate with borrowers throughout the loan process
- Support the submission of complete loan files to processing
- Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM system
- Work closely with processors and team leadership to keep loans moving forward
