Job Summary
Join a fast-growing real estate investment firm as a Loan Collections Representative. This 100% remote position offers a highly competitive base salary plus a 1.5% commission per loan. We provide a flexible schedule where you can choose between full-time, part-time, or per diem hours. If you have experience in debt recovery, banking, or financial services, we want to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage Debt Recovery: Conduct loan collections remotely while maintaining professional standards.
  • Negotiation: Contact clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in company financial systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all collection activities follow industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Banking Relations: Occasionally visit local banks and financial institutions as needed (localized based on your region).
  • Collaboration: Work with the finance team to meet monthly and quarterly collection goals.
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in loan collections, accounts receivable, or banking is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple client files.
  • Availability: Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
